Set-Up:

Parents and scouts arrange tables/chairs, then greet people as they come in so they know where to sit, direct people to the gathering activity.

 

Flags/Song

Open the pack meeting with a flag ceremony or opening that relates to the monthly theme. See Program helps for ideas.

 

Skit:

This is a short skit lasting less than 3 minutes. Usually it involves minimal props. If you need to reherse longer than 15 minutes, you're working too hard.

 

Song:

One we already know or a new one, hopefully to a tune we already know. If you want us to play music, let me know a week before the pack meeting
